A standard clean maintains what's already clean. A deep clean restores what hasn't been reached in a while — baseboards, grout, oven interior, fridge, ceiling fans, blinds, cabinet fronts, and every corner.
For homes over 1,500 sq ft or ones that haven't been professionally cleaned in the last month, yes — otherwise a standard clean can't reach everything in the time booked.
Twice a year is typical for most homes. Once a season for pet-heavy households or homes with allergy concerns.
We clean around and under accessible furniture. We won't move heavy pieces (pianos, entertainment centers) without prior arrangement.
