Can I use vinegar or Bona on my floors?
Vinegar is too acidic — it dulls finish over time. Bona is fine but leaves polymer buildup after years. We use a pH-neutral hardwood formula that rinses clean.

How often should hardwood be professionally cleaned?
Once or twice a year for most homes. A re-coat every 3–5 years keeps you from needing a full sand-and-refinish.

What if my floors are waxed?
