- Are you insured and licensed?
- Yes. We carry $2M general liability and worker's compensation. Certificates of Insurance are available on request.
- Are your workers employees or contractors?
- All in-home and on-site cleaners are W-2 employees, trained to a single national SOP.
- Do you background-check?
- Yes. Every WowClean cleaner passes multi-state background checks and identity verification.

- Do you offer flat-rate quotes?
- Yes. Every WowClean quote is flat-rate, confirmed before service, and honored to the dollar.
- Are there hidden fees?
- Never. What's quoted is what you pay. No fuel, trip, or supply surcharges.
- How do members save?
- Always Clean members save 10–20% on every visit, get priority booking, and access member-only services.
- Do you offer payment plans?
- Yes. Larger projects and property portfolios can be billed on Net 30 / Net 60 terms.

- Do I have to be home?

- Can I request the same crew every time?
